since i sat in bed and had a coffee - gave it up for lent and it was savoured - who is enjoying what they gave up

I don't think I've (knowingly) ever given up anything for Lent but admire those that do.

I'll give things up at any time of the year if I have a specific reason to do so (health reasons usually) but never for religious reasons however I hope those that did got the benefits they hoped for and can enjoy partaking again after the break

im not religious its just something me and my daughter do each year - just to see if we can i think hahah - a difficult one for me was cheese
