Is it time for shorts?

Its a beautiful day is Oxfordshire. The sun is out and it's warm. Am I going to get funny looks, wearing shorts today?

I agree. It's never time for shorts.

If you have to, you'll be grand until about 3pm and that's only if you stay in direct contact with the sunshine. Let us know what you choose to do!

The further up north you are the more acceptable it is.
