Its a beautiful day is Oxfordshire. The sun is out and it's warm. Am I going to get funny looks, wearing shorts today?

I agree. It's never time for shorts.

If you have to, you'll be grand until about 3pm and that's only if you stay in direct contact with the sunshine. Let us know what you choose to do!

I'm a freezer and I can't have bare skin in anything less than 22 degrees and even then if a breeze touches me I feel like I've been stabbed!
