I would expect the guy to make an effort with the cleaning. I have no desire to have my face pushed into bedding he's been wanking in for the last 5 weeks. And if the bathroom isn't clean I'm gone, gross.

clean sheets are a must and a tidy ish bedroom. Bathroom tidy and clean and the seat down! A little effort goes a long way with us women x

Pretty much agree with what's been said above! I don't want to feel like I've gone back in time to Uni when my male mates hadn't been introduced to a mop or vacuum.

If I feel like I can't stand bare foot on the carpet without wanting to find the nearest bottle of bleach, I'll make my excuses and leave.

Clean body, hair, clothes - and definitely clean teeth (mints are always handy for last minute freshening up) - includes clean, trimmed (ouch!) nails (including toe nails....)

Clean bedding if there. Definitely warm - I froze at one meet whilst fully dressed. Clean/ vacuumed floor too... Clean bathroom.

Reasonable conversation (and not - 'was that ok' or 'do you like this? this? this?) before and after

The offer of a drink (before, after and during if a long session)

Oh - and if you expect us to turn up in something 'sexy', I don;t expect to be greeted by someone wearing grubby jeans, a tshirt and trainers...

personal cleanliness, place hoovered, tidied, no dishes in sink. Toilet clean and fresh smelling. Clean bedsheets - no condom papers lying about ewwww!

Imagine its yer mum coming round wi the vicar and tidy it to that standard!

Couldnt agree more, i dont want to go to a house that looks like they have had to work for a month to get it to a resonable standard of living.

A nice normal friendly home.

I cant remember the last time i cleaned up before a meet apart from doing the bed that day. Which is pointless really as it gets a showercurtain and old cover thrown over the top anyway

Tidy up before a meet would be nice, been round one guys house, the kitchen sink was full of dishes, a pack of butter was opened on the side with a knife still in it, crumbs everywhere, the lounge needed a dust, the list is endless, least the bedroom looked fairly clean but too dark to see what the bedding was like
