"could it be a cold or sinus problems? " I wish it was Sassy, sadly this is my tenth year with it. I blame my son as it started when I was heavily pregnant with him.

"Take 1 antihistamine a day all year round.. 1 spoon of your local honey a day (worth the taste even if not liked) all year round. Try a nazel spray. Wear sunglasses while out. Keep windows and doors shut while inside (buy a fan if hot). Keep car windows up when driving. Shower and change clothes as soon as you get in. Basically do all you can do reduce contact /prolonged contact with any pollen in the air. ![]() Thank you ![]()

"Might be worth trying a different type of antihistamine? I find one type has no effect on me but another one works amazingly " Great advice. Yes, you should try this. It also worked for me. The main active ingredients in all common over the counter hay fever remedies are either, loratidine, or cetirizine. Depending on what you're specifically allergic to, one should work better than the other.

Personally, I've found the steroid nasal spray - Beconase - to work better than tablets.
