Do you wear a watch?

When I was younger I wore one everyday, but now I don't even think about it because I have my phone. But I've been considering wearing a watch again for convenience and was curious how many people still wear them...

I do. I feel naked without one. Obviously the time is on my phone but I just think a watch is something a man should wear. Plus, I actually have in interest in them, like some people do cars, etc.

I never put my phone in my bag. Because I use it to check the time it's always in my pocket or my hand. Gets tedious, actually.

Until 2 years ago I always wore a watch.

Always.

Could not live without it.

Then I just stopped . I don't wear one at all ( except as a bit of " jewellery" when I am wearing a suit).

And don't miss it. ( but I still get the "wrist twitch" if someone asks me the time).

Have to admit, though, I do keep looking at apple watches ....

You need to get one of those funny gadgets that go on your wrist that give you an indication of the time. I think they also pick up your phone messages too now.

Always on left wrist face inwards...I have two or three. ..cheap one for at work...can get damaged easily. ..ltd edition swatch watch, pocket watch and my favourite a steel Ernst Borell which I picked up in charity shop

My son recently asked for a watch for his 16th.. £300 lighter ... But it was reduced.. From £420.. See the positives and all that

I just use my phone or if at work my computer, the printer or the clocks on every bloody wall!!!

Everyone has a mobile these days and it's on there... I think watches are a bit old fashioned but apparently they're fashionable again.

I think thats why most of us wear them tbe. The time is absolutely everywhere, I just think you look more adult wearing one, especially in work suit.

I wear a watch when I am travelling and it is always on UK time whereas the cellphone is on local time. Quite useful actually and prevents stupid mistakes.

I need to buy a pocket watch for this awesome corset I just got. Maybe I could just buy that and add some style to my everyday attire. Not sure I coukd pull it off, though...

I only wear one when dressed up on a night out. More of a fashion accessory really. I tend to use my phone more to keep track of time. I wear one in swingers clubs as phones not allowed in there.

Haven't worn a watch for years, felt liberating not to be obsessed with 'what time is it'. Over the last year I've started wearing my Mums just because it was hers,still use my phone to check the time though.

I hate when my festival work pass is in the form of a wristband (They get cut off no sooner than I've left site for the last time) Same with any jewellery really. Can't abide rings on my fingers or watches or neck chains or anything like that at all.

Yeah, I actually get annoyed when I wear a bracelet because I can't stand them on my arms. I never had an issue when I wore a watch, though. Strange.

Must be that a watch doesn't disappear half way up your forearm I guess.

Christmas 2014. A watch received and it was the first one I had or worn in many a year. 6 months later and I broke it. Never had it fixed or replaced.

I can't go out without putting a watch on. If I'm not wearing one, I feel like I'm under dressed. I also prefer not to keep checking my phone for the time.
