" Yes, it's painful but when my shoulders get all knotted up, nothing works quite like it. In a weird way I now enjoy that it hurts because that suggests it's helping. I usually feel bruised for 2 or 3 days following a good deep tissue massage. After that it's blissful. The best/worst experience was Chinese cupping. My back looked like I'd been beaten with a hefty lump of timber. I was black and blue for days. | |||
