Kissing burns 6.4 calories a minute. Who fancies losing a few pound ?

Because 3,500 calories equals about 1 pound (0.45 kilogram) of fat, you need to burn 3,500 calories more than you take in to lose 1 pound.

So you'd be kissing for 600 minutes or 10 hours straight ....with your numbers ....

On another site it quotes 68 calories per hour

So your figures are a bit out ?
