What do you think of his new position as a manager in newcastle? Can he turn the club around? I like benitez and pleased he is back in the premier league

Yes, he will have a tough job trying to keep them up.

I think it's a terrific oppertunity for him to manage a club that will actually value him ..... he deserves a chance to build his own side and prove too all his previous clubs that they where short-sighted and fickle.....

If he works his magic, there is every chance he will become an absolute legend on Tyneside and someone the club should bend over backwards to keep....

the best bit is that there's lots of old football chants about him that will get a second run out now

Bet he's got a get out clause in the contract.

"Bet he's got a get out clause in the contract."

I wouldn't blame him if he has....

But I'd welcome him back with open arms anytime he wanted to return...

"Bet he's got a get out clause in the contract."

he's not totally daft despite what some may think of his move to Newcastle, if he keeps them up he will be lauded and if they go down he can look elsewhere..

its a tricky one..

may go down to the wire..

jumpers for goalposts..

Not really, Newcastle did fuck all in the first half and only got back into the game during the second half because we were retreating further and further backwards as the game progressed because Allardyce is a fucking coward. Even with Newcastle having a lot of the ball they didn't really do a lot with it

I think the waste coat style is not doing Rafa any favours.

Managers don't run football clubs ...only Meglamaniac owners have the final say even to the point of financial suicide and the detriment of the club .The fans are ordinary hard working people who pay the wages of players and provide profit through shirt sales etc.....they deserve so much better and I'm not just talking about Newcastle.
