5live or radio 2.

Local bbc radio for match coverage too.

Never ever comercial radio .... i would rather have silence than listen to adverts !

Radio X , only time it is changed is between 2 and 4 on a Friday so I can tune into Wittertainment on 5Live

Bit of Jackie for me with the blasts from the past and some 964 eagle. Normally rudely interrupted by an African pirate radio station on the m3/a316
