I changed my mind about victoria pendleton after reasoned debate against my posts. Anyone else here had their views changed on any posts?

London and France

Yes....I am fairly sure I am right most of the time; but good reasoned debate, without rants or personal attacks, has often swayed me when it has been pointed out that I have not " got" significant facts, or misunderstood the importance or effect of various elements.

Fair play to you for taking the points of view and coming to a conclusion.

No. I'm a stubborn old goat and if I've made my mind up about something, nothing or no one is going to change it

Yes, occasionally. Reasoned debate does tend to be a bit thin on the ground on here sometimes though.

The ability to learn is not a weakness.

Yes often. It's a sign of intelligence I believe.

Anyone who believes that having their perspective changed is a weakness, is a rather unpleasant individual in my opinion. Doesn't mean you always have to,but never doing so? Please.
