It Seems Hypocritical To Me

Hey, so I've read a fair few profiles where women ask for no bi men or men that have verifications from TV/TS yet are bi/bicurious themselves. To me that seems a little hypocritical but of course I respect people's preferences. Just wondering why this is. Do some women think such men shove their cock in any hole and don't want to meet men like that?

You're right. But that's people.

I won't meet those who say they refuse to meet black/Asian/bi/trans/not gym fit/cocks under 8" etc. Everyone has a preference but no need to be an arse about it.

Just delete/ignore and crack on

We dont meet bi guys but guess what........we don't feel the need to broadcast it in a forum. People like what they like so leave them to it and if you don't fit their bill then so what who cares. Everyone fits in somewhere

Well I can understand why a couple would not wish to meet a bi male if the male in the couple is not bi but it seems strange there are a fair few bi women not willing to meet bi men. Maybe it's hard to understand as I am not bi myself

i dont get why you seemed concerned about other peoples sexual preferences, if they dont fit what you seek, move on .. simples

When I was a little boy I was the kid who constantly asked questions and wanted to know everything. I never shook that habit

"...of course I respect people's preferences."

Apparently you don't.

I daresay these people have their reasons but they don't have to justify their choices to you and even if they did, there's a chance you wouldn't understand them anyway.

I read a thread about this ages ago and someone pulled up statistics about infections among bi men, I can't remember all the details, but Google is your friend in these situations

On here though, with everyone shagging everyone else (ok, not literally but you know what I mean), I wonder if those statistics actually hold true.

The stats must be different, I'd have thought, between swingers and the general public. I wouldn't be at all surprised if the picture was very different. Nobody really knows whom the people they're shagging have shagged.

Now, maybe most swingers are more risk aware and more likely to use condoms and get tested regularly. I don't know. That would also alter the infection risk stats.

I don't know if we can assume infection stats from the general population apply here though.

It's just their preference, nothing personal. People may unknowingly meet a bi guy anyway - as there are different definitions of straight on here.

Just seek out those that will meet you and don't worry about those that wont.

There is a very big difference between how bi women and bi men are seen/treated.

It's all too obvious here on Fab but that's just how it is.

Yeah, partly because men have turned FF sex into a huge sexual fantasy for men and a massive part of the porn industry. It's not a negative thing for women to be bi; we're not criticised for it, it's encouraged, (sometimes we're even pressured).

So, who is mainly responsible for criticising MM sex? Oh, yes, men, who even when bi or gay themselves, often pretend otherwise and insult bi/gay men. There is plenty of MM porn but nowhere near as much as FF.

So, it's mainly men that promote FF as a good thing and MM as "sooooo gay".

Besides, I see far more men saying they won't meet bi guys than women saying it

If bi guys are treated differently on here to bi women, it's at least as much, probably more, down to male attitudes.

Because bi guys are seen as higher risk to some

Even if you use condoms they aren't 100%, they can come off etc and maybe a lot think it's to much of a risk

Some see bi guys as lesser men and they want men's men

Some dont like the idea of a guy they are with having been with other men, the idea is a turn off

Lots of people like the idea of two women but not two men, its not hypocritical its just sexual preference

"Lots of people like the idea of two women but not two men, its not hypocritical its just sexual preference"

Partly because we're conditioned that way from as soon as we discover porn.

Porn has a far greater effect on our sexual preferences and desires than many realise, I think. Just look at the obsession with squirting on here.

It amuses me greatly that Swingers seem to think that 'other people' are more at risk than they are!!

There was once a thread where a married guy posted if liking cock made him gay.

A bi-woman posted yes.

I called her a lesbian and she said she wasn't.

Go figure.

Being a bi- woman is no guarantee of having any intelligence or of not being a bigot.

There is hypocrisy in all forms on here when it comes to who people want sex with. Overweight, unfit women only wanting fit, toned men. Old people only wanting young. If it works for them, good on them. Why bi women won't meet bi men you won't know, unless they tell you, which some do and say it's for health reasons. Some say it's because the thought of two men together disgusts them. I don't meet bi women like those.

It's hypocrisy that older people want to meet younger people and fat people want to meet slim, toned people?

How about women of below average height wanting to meet tall men? Tall men wanting to meet short women? People wanting to meet others of a different race? Fair people preferring dark people?

I don't see how any of those things are hypocrisy.

To some, yes.
