Alternatively, you could collect different brands of dog shit on your trainers by running in a park... Or you could go on a nice indoor treadmill with an ipad on it and drift away to a lovely 1 hour documentary. Think of it a running outdoors, minus the car fumes and dog shit. | |||

I got a tube of fluoride free once and ended up with a couple of cavities and needed fillings. | |||

Although I don't buy it to put in my fridge Treadmills - handy for people with body issues not wanting to run in public... People who can't run on concrete due to injury or more at risk of shin splints etc.. People who train and include it in warm up or cool down and want to keep good time, so can't go for a run before or after gym.. Arobic steps -.. Alternatively, you could collect different brands of dog shit on your trainers by running in a park... Or you could go on a nice indoor treadmill with an ipad on it and drift away to a lovely 1 hour documentary. Think of it a running outdoors, minus the car fumes and dog shit.
