Watching it now. Good entertainment and a worthy cause. And the assurance that 50% of the money raised is spent in U.K.

Just a shame that last year £130,000 of that went to pay the C.E O salary !!

Exactly what the Charity commission recently said was wrong with so many British 'charities'.

I use the word very deliberately because some of the best charities I have ever witnessed working have folded because they were not run in a business-like manner. Good will and good deeds don't pay the rent on the premises.

Even the loveliest tiny charities operating with just £5k a year need someone who understands the difference between the income and expenditure columns.

comic relief children in need sports relief.....

i often wonder how they have plush london offices, top executives paid 100's of thousands

AND YET everyday we read/hear about children dying in this country and begging people to help raise money for life saving treatment overseas

they should hang there heads in shame

parrasites is all they are
