"i already do a lot of classes such as boxercise, zumba, clubercise, and tried suspension training the other day (i dont do them all every week...it depends what fits around the other things i do) i really enjoy the weight lifting i do as part of my circuits but can only do them at lunchtimes at work" I'd substitute one of the dance/cardio classes for a weights class. Maybe alternate the days. Getting a balance of cardio, stength & flexibility is key. | |||
