I don't know about normal but its way more common than you think. It would be courteous to mention it before you meet though to save wasted journeys such as yours.

But as you say it's way more common than most would imagine .

We all make our own judgements and decide whether it's worth the risk .

If anyone does think it's worth it , please be sensible enough to get checked out on a regular basis at your local gum clinic .

I'd be pretty annoyed not just for this but for any 'rule' that isn't explained prior to turning up for the meet, if it's a fixed rule, whatever it is, it should be spelled out in advance so you have the choice

Done the best thing possible OP doesn't matter who it is (unless it's your partner obvcourse) bareback is a big no no safety is paramount my friend good man for walking away because most probably wouldn't have
