Photoshop/airbrushing - how much should be allowed?

Jump to newest

Hi my lovelies!

There's a pic in the hot photos that has clearly been so photo shopped/airbrushed that it now resembles a cgi image far more than a person.

My question is - both on face and body - how much, if any, photoshopping or airbrushing should be allowed on the pictures we post?

If there's a fine line between presenting ourselves at our best and deceiving potential meets - where's that line? And what should happen if/when people cross it? Should they have their account deleted? Warned by admin to put up more accurate pictures? Something else?

Xxx

None of my pics are air brushed or tampered with in any way other than cropping them.

I don't think it's fair to mislead people.

Have met a few that looked nothing like the pics on their profile, made me really cross!!!

Most of the photos have been photoshopped as I prefer black and white photos, and they were all taken in colour. A few I have tweaked more than that but I don't have angel wings

But what did you do? Did you report them? I didn't - but I think people probably should do! X

I change my pics to b/w purely for personal preference BUT to actually alter bodyshape/features is just a huge nono in my book.. especially on a site where you rely on the pictures to know what a person looks like!

Imagine heading for a meet and finding out that the person you're meeting really doesn't have a pink frame round them with floating love hearts around it?? I'd be fucking gutted!

I filter the fuck out of some of mine because I'm trying to make good looking photos for the sake of making good looking photos, not because I'm trying to be deceitful.

I also stage and fake scenarios with huge artistic licence.

For example, my recent photo with my hands cuffed to me legs: my other hand was free and my leg wasn't really cuffed.

My current avatar, I wasn't really having a shower.

There's a photo of my with a lady with a whip approaching my bare bum. It wasn't a whip.

I choose lighting which makes nice shadows on my abs.

I have a towel in some shots and I wasn't even wet.

I had a deceiving meet a few years ago.. not as a result of air brushing or artistic well captured images (must stress am not saying people who do these pics are deceiving).. but from a "that was me 10 years ago" picture.

Some people enjoy photography and being artistic, playing around with bleaching, shadows, lighting, filters. I don't see any problems with that.

OP I noticed how you have used the mirror with the b/w shot mixed with colour, one of my personal fave things to do.

If people like the pics that are in the hot pics list, it's maybe the fantasy aspect of the look that they enjoy. Out of all the fabs, there's very few that they actually meet, so the ones that are "tricked", let them find out for themselves lol x

Alot of pictures look nicer black and white. Then hiding the back ground is good so things are not recognised .

I play about with filters, black and white, crop them so that the image is centred nicely in the shot etc. Some people don't crop at all and I wonder why they didn't think to chop out the laundry basket in the back ground.

Each to their own I say.

It doesn't phase me what other people do with their photos as it has no effect on me whatsoever.

As is well documented I only have sex with blue, three breasted women and the amount of fake, blue, three breasted women photos I get on here is ridiculous!

Desperate, white, two titted women trying it on!

There should be a rule against it.

I always make sure I ask for a photo where I can see his TEETH when he smiles.

Cock size deceptions aplenty. Not that my profile is clear about that aspect nooooooooo not at all!!!

I am just as my photos show me to be and deceiving is only going to cause disappointment, wasted time and one of us walking away.

That's absolutely fine!

I have no problem with cropped/b&w/inventively lit etc pictures. What I object to are the ones who create a face or body that really doesn't look like them any more!

For instance - if I found a photo app that enabled me to give myself pert 34f breasts - that would be me being deceptive - and any meet would have the right to feel cheated! The same would apply if, by some miracle, I managed to make my myself look like a gorgeous 25 year old! Xx

If people are idiotic enough to believe I actually have no head, appear in black and white with the odd splash of colour or couldn't get myself out of those handcuffs with little to no effort then frankly I wouldn't want to meet them anyway. I blur out my tattoos, play with filters but all of my photos are 100% me and taken within the last year or two. If I want pert boobs or a smaller bum then that's all in the pose rather than photo editing. If I'm going to meet someone I'll send them more candid shots but I don't see why I should have to on public ones because people can't apply a bit of common sense to the visual.

I do the old 'Colorpop' thing with my pics but don't alter me, just the colours - mainly to black and white apart from my avatar where I have gone arty farty.

So my moobs and belly are still on show in most of my pics, no hiding that!

I've checked out the pic I think you mean and yeah, a lot of enhancement on that one for sure!

However on the one occasion when I happened across a profile with two almost identical pictures of the profile owner standing in a room only one version there was an additional, slightly out of perspective 'model looks' woman, I did report it as it was my belief (only my belief of course) that something wasn't quite right and there was potential that an unknowing stranger may have been cut and pasted into the shot.

Even if I knew how to airbrush and edit my pics I couldn't be bothered...most I do is crop out my tattoos and change to sepia or black and white. Personally I don't think I photograph well and have often been told I'm better in the flesh.

I've never met anyone who looks totally different to their profile pics, maybe because I always tell guys to send a real time photo before meeting...and I have on occasions been pleasantly surprised when seeing in person.

Not sure how the altered/photoshopped pics could be policed though? I'd prefer the photo mods to concentrate on rejecting the blatant porn site ones, or those uploaded by single guys showing 95% of an unsuspecting female's face/body and 5% their cock!

Non at all.

Believe me, if anyone needs a touch up, it's me.

But what's the point in deceiving people you you're trying to meet.

It's like lying about the size of your knob, why brag that you have a throbbing 10 inches when all you have is half that?

"Hi my lovelies!
