I really don't hold much stock in it, all it does is allows you access to certain features. Like you say it takes 30 seconds so is no indicator of what they're like or if they will meet. When I first joined, I could understand that some people would not want to do it for privacy reasons. When I did it myself, I have to think before going ahead as at that stage I wasn't going to put any face pics on here. Much later on, I discovered that you don't have to show your face in you photo veri pic, so I'm a bit surprised that more (genuine) people don't do it. To me, the photo verification loses something by not having to show your face. | |||

OP, my opinion is if they are meet verified but not photo verified there is no issue. I use my filters to stop inherited users from mailing me, it works well and I just avoid their profiles myself

We were on here for over 5 years before we got photo verified but we had verifications from meets. It just didn't seem important to have both.. But apparently for some people it is so we got our photo verification done this year. I guess others feel the same as we did. | |||
