I suffer from Fibromyalgia , mostly on my upper spine and shoulders. I'm tired with the daily mixture of painkillers and muscle relaxants which seem too be doing very little. Does anybody else suffer with this ? If so any tips ?

My gp did say only a small percentage of men suffer from it. I guess I am lucky as it only effects my upper body and I get no fatigue.

I have it as well and it mainly affects my shoulders and neck. I get chronic headaches and fatigue with it too. Recently a friend gave me a loan of a heated neck pad and I thought why the hell is she giving me this but after having it on for 10 minutes I was online looking for my own. It's basically an electric blanket for the shoulders and neck and I can't rate it highly enough. Mine is Beurer HK54 but I'm sure there are others out there, I found Amazon the cheapest for it. But you do look a bit like a choirboy sitting with this cream thing round your shoulders lol x
