"We have in leicester quite a few swingers clubs now who are up and running and dont seem to get any bother from the local council. We all know why we are there and so do they and i understand it must cost quite a bit of money to set it up.....maybe £25000. not including the property rental. So can it be a cash loss.... or a license to print money in the sex business. Our local ones are booming I haven't looked at it but for something of quality maybe multiply your number by 10?

"if you have a big house start by doing private ones, thus keeping overheads down, i used to have them at my house fetish style, 25k is a lot to pull back, after basics heat rates etc, if you get 30 in average , at 20 a head , 600 quid may sound good , but one night isnt enough, there are a few clubs not doing as well as they should" good point xx

"Definitely not a licence to print money. Setting up costs, staff wages, overheads, cleaning, licenses from local councils to operate, alcohol and live entertainment licences if required. Let alone building costs, and if bought any modifications to satisfy regulations of required. People who run clubs, swingers or vanilla, work long unsociable hours, and I doubt most are making a massive profit to allow them to live a life of luxury. " This, plus not seeing enough of your kids growing up and hoping they will forgive you as the other half wont
