.....they make this mad..bad..crazy world seem just a litlle but nicer.

Buy an old lady a cup of tea.

Phone a friend you havent spoken to are ages.

Tell your wife/husband/partner/kids you love them.

Donate to a fav charity

Say hello to a complete stranger(tough in the UK..lol

Buy chocolates for your work colleagues

Add your own ARC...dare you...

A few years ago I paid for an elderly couples lunch.

It was Rememerance Day & I'd stopped for a coffee.

They sat looking at each other lovingly. Touching hands across the table. Her pouring his tea. It just made me realise how much we owe that generation. It wasn't much. But my way of saying "Thank you"

never said yourself hunny, It just irks me that people feel the need to tell others of their "Random act of kindness" when really we all should be kind to people every day. not just sometimes and then post about it.

I say hello to complete strangers quite often. I carry out acts of kindness quite a bit too. Not really random though
