Of course we do and that's fine. But without any context to the opening post that is how it comes across, as is clear from almost all the responses

there's ways of laughing though, I use humour for my mental illness. But you could of said I've been diagnosed with bla bla should I make two profiles that would of been funny because you where laughing at yourself. I laugh at howmi am with my illness but I!wouldn't laugh at someome else unless I knew them well and that is what I!want.

My friends are always threatening to send me to!the funny farm I!think its hilarious bit someome else !might be offended by the term funny farm.

Do you see what I'm saying?

All humour is banned on all days, not just Mon-Thu. Why? Becuase somebody will find it hurtful

At the risk of sounding patronizing;

I think your attitude is great; people deal with this sort of thing in different ways; but I have a very good freind who is a consultant in mental health; she would always advocate being open about this sort of thing; it helps you deal with it better; and humour is a brilliant medicine .

Wish you the best in dealing with it....

That's not standard now and they're likely having vastly differing etiologies and underlying influences. There is a spectrums for each though.
