Don't you just hate it when your laying in bed comfy and you know you need to get up.

Yes.

I struggled to get up this morning, my alarm went of for 30 mins before i could be bothered.

Yep. When you wake up before your alarm goes off, and all you can do is watch it, waiting for it to irritate you
