Wrong side of the bed

Somewhere in North Norfolk

This morning my bed seems to have nothing but wrong sides, but staying in it isn't making me feel any better either.

I'd rant, except there's nothing specific bothering me. I'm tired, achey, fed up and generally grouchy.

I don't want chocolate, ice cream, cake, alcohol, or, in fact anything like that.

I feel really out of sorts for no reason I can fathom.

Anyone want a punch up?

Yes, I probably do. My last couple of planned meets fell through due to life being a bitch at the last minute. I do feel a bit frustrated about that.

I've got ANOTHER fucking cold, I feel like I've been ill loads this year. I blame the gym and healthy eating enitrely, I never get ill when I'm troughing a waitrose lasagne to myself for my tea.

This means I will probably have to postpone some plans tomorrow which I don't have time to reschedule for a while.

Bastards.

Maybe. I'm possibly too grumpy to do it though. I'm feeling pessimistic about everything so I'd probably assume the worst about anyone expressing an interest.

Perhaps after the coffee, shower and stamp about on the heath.

I was feeling like that yesterday so booked the rest of the week off. I'm not a grumpy person but I'm in a foul mood for no apparent reason.

I've just come down and the list of things for Ben to do that he hasn't didn't improve my mood.

Noticed he's bought the barista coffee I like, so will make a pot, sip slowly, and see if my mood improves.

If not...seconds away...

What makes you laugh? I watch stupid you tube clips or a crappy film?

Hot shower or long soak in the bath might help.

I've got an injured leg so I'm frustrated as can't train at the gym this week or walk far! Otherwise I'd offer to do a boxing session with you.

Do you have pets? Stroking my cat who is poorly makes me feel better, as I know she loves it so much.

I have a cat sitting on me at the moment. She's happy. I'm still grumpy. Usually fussing my cats cheers me up. It's going to take more than that today.
