Rain - bit water creates havoc

So virtually every road around me was flooded and closed, who else has a nightmare commuting today.

Two floods I managed to cycle through, several though we're too deep for that

The Lamborghini police cars were probably completely submerged.

Why is it that at the end of last year with all the flooding in UK - England & Scotland, all the ruin, all the damage, the government refused to help the people by requesting flood disaster aid from the EU

the funding is there and in place to be given out on request but Mr Cameron refused to request this grant.

This cash sure would have assisted all involved, some who still cannot move back into their homes
