Does anybody else find that it must go with the territory and the very close proximity to others. Never have we had so many colds and other ailments.

It is so easy to catch colds and it doesn't always have to be contact with those closeby. It could be from someone who used the door handle after sneezing in his hand. Anyway spring is on its way and hopefully that will improve things.

The Garden of Eden in Beautiful North Wales

I shook everything off until a couple of weeks ago and 'Wow' I never realised the human body could produce so much snot! And ache? I ache in the places I used to play, then the snot stopped it left me sounding like a cross between Rod Stewart and Sylvester Stallone with little green aliens twanging my vocal chords....

Other than that, I feel grand!

Been really mild here, couple of days of really cold and then snow the next day but it's nice apart from that. I'm glad, my heating bills are stupid seeing as i never use my heating.

Out having lots of fun and burning the candle at both ends can leave you a bit susceptible to the bugs

The last few weeks I've seen so many people literally knocked off their feet with feeling so ill and it's taken ages for them to feel normal again

Sounds like you have a sinus infection the throat is due to the nasal drip
