Good evening all I am stuck in a rut I have a friend I get on with but would like a bit more from her but not sure if she wants the same (not a relationship) but not sure how to go about talking to her with out looking despite any advise would be great

How about bringing up the subject of swinging in a casual manner and guage her reaction. Once you say anything that oversteps the mark you can ruin a friendship. Things won't be the same again

The way to go about it in my opinion is to pay her the compliment of assuming she's an adult capable of discussing sexual matters openly. If she isn't able or willing to do that then the type of relationship you're after wouldn't be possible anyway. I think that honesty about what you want is the only way hinting, game playing and trying to manipulate the situation will only lead to misunderstanding.
