So since July last year I've lost 3.5 stone, from 17.5 stone to 14stone at a hight of 5'10. I'm still struggling to get rid of the trunk fat, infamous muffin top and smaller but still evident belly. I train regularly 3 times one week 4 times the week after mainly 1 hour sessions sometimes more and have a fairly stable low fat high protein diet. A_ybody have any suggestions for me to improve my regime?

That is good, you have to keep eating under maintenance level, it varies for some as it will take longer time to get that last thing off. Use my fitnesspal to keep track of the macros.

I've lost a large amount of weight, the first lot falls of pretty quickly and then slows up and the closer you are to target the harder it is to lose the last few lbs but youve done really well.

County Durham

Also remember as you burn off fat and get fitter your body will gain muscle which is heavier than fat.

You may still get fitter and feel great but find your weight remains the same although the your changing body shape and still getting slimmer/trimmer.

Either way well done and if you feel great within yourself this boosts confidence and helps with other areas of your life

It's a great catalyst and you feel you never want to go back to the old you

Good luck

Keep up the good work
