I think the can't travel means they don't go outside their area as they have no car or have to use public transport.

So it is either a bus or get picked up somewhere and taken to a hotel or other persons house

Id love to set up a swingers hotel n call it Swingers Lodge

just have very basic rooms and keep the prices you charge for a room low
