If you put on your profile sorry no Black people or Asian or polish etc would that be class you as a racist person! We replied to a couple once nice half cast couple but had reply back we don’t do whites? I thought we got rid of racism a long time ago.

I don't think it means people are racist, it's what people are attracted to. Some people aren't attracted to blacks, some aren't attracted to whites. Same as some aren't attracted to blonde people, some aren't attracted to bald people etc etc ...

It's not racist at all people have their own wants /needs and preferences, a lot of people will buy ford cars all their lives, loads will not shop in asda as it seems to be downmarket, likewise many will not shop anywhere else other than waitrose because it's seen as upmarket and classy.

Are we going to start about agism just because people put age limits on their profiles?

I've seen many profiles on here that state no blacks, asian or other then they go and apologise for saying so, don't apologise it's your body, your thoughts, your mind, your preference. This can also work the other way around.

personal choice on who you play with is your right.

had anyone used the common slang terms for afro caribbeans, asians or any other ethnic minority then yes that could be classed as racist.

However you do have to be careful of how you word what you say, sadly it is PC gone mad.

Sexual preferences for different types, races, sizes, sexuality etc are perfectly normal and don't mean you are racist etc.

I don't fuck men but I'm not homophobic.

Also, I'm not generally a fan of PC bollox but 'half caste' is considered a bit, er, racist by the way - as 'caste' implies a certain social order. Mixed race is the best term if you need a label.

It's personal preference and I think it's best if you do put such things on your profile to avoid complications.

Yes I've never heard the term half-cast in eons.

The term originates from the Indian caste system which means a social demographic to use it in terms of skin colour suggests one colour is a better or worse class.

To answer the OP`s question...On the information supplied in the OP ..they have`nt expressed that black people are inferior ...than say white people ...so I don`t think could be called racists ....that much I do know ...I would say its a prejudice ...

I`m not racist ...but I hold a prejudice with black people ..something to do with my upbringing societally ....At a personal level my fathers best friend in the Malayan war was black...besides many others..so my prejudice didn`t come from there ....its something I`m honest about with my black friends ....they understand..mostly ..

I`ve a few prejudices .....some well founded as well, and I`d defend the right to have ...irrespective if they were pc or not ....if you don`t like my _iews ....fuck off!!! ...

But against a whole race of people...irrespective of what they are inside ...nope ..

The only time you tend to hear black people referred to as 'coloured' is on equal opps courses when everyone tried to say the 'right thing' (while they are there)

Theres a case...you may find it on google where someone high up on Southwark council nearly lost there job for referring to black people as 'coloureds' in a meeting...

I personally think its rude to use the word coloured...its almost if its used as an excuse for not saying 'black'..which seems to be what they would prefer to be called..

Ive always got the impression that its white people that have the issue with it black/coloured dont appear to really that bothered..

Most people in western society have no issue with colour but attitude/teeth sucking/playing the race card and trying to shove fundamentalism/religion down peoples throats sets everyones teeth on edge regardless of background.

We have played with most races and colours and never judge that way but swinging is not like real life, is it?

You only have to look at south africa for racisism big time.

There they do have blacks and coloureds.

Coloureds normally bieng lower than the low status wise and belong to no one.

Its a big old world out side my window and i love the diversity of it all and all its people.

Where is the line between not meeting someone who is of a different race and the not selling that same person your house? I have often wondered what the law would say.

Personally, I think that we are right to have preferences, but try not selling your house to another race and tell the law it is just a preference!

And how would they see the "preferences" in the swinging scene?

I'm a complete racial mongrel like most 'natives' here.

My dad referred to himself as coloured: most black people of my parents generation still do.

The only time you tend to hear black people referred to as 'coloured' is on equal opps courses when everyone tried to say the 'right thing' (while they are there)

Theres a case...you may find it on google where someone high up on Southwark council nearly lost there job for referring to black people as 'coloureds' in a meeting...

I personally think its rude to use the word coloured...its almost if its used as an excuse for not saying 'black'..which seems to be what they would prefer to be called..

Finally someone who feels like i do about being referred to as coloured .Just say black its fine.

We dont have it on our profile anymore because we got to much abuse.. but we will not meet anyone not White British.. This is because it does not appeal to me... I dont like the idea of the contrasts...and I dont find Black or Asian or any non white men attactive.. its a turn off for me..

Same as I dont and wont meet bi men because well to be honest I dont like the thought of what they do with other men.

However, I now just refuse and say thanks.. not for me.. and hope they dont ask why..

and if I am honest I get more hassles refusing the white men I dont fancy than anything else.

For both of us, it's sometimes an advantage for another person for play or flirting if they are something other than White British. Both of us have strong attractions to people of certain ethnicities...yet there are also other ethnicities that we are generally far less attracted to....but always there are individual exceptions.

Handsome Indian/Pakistani men in their 30s with muscular physiques are most welcome LOL!

End of the day; colour, creed, religion, dress appearance, blonde hair, brunette hair...

Perhaps things would improve if we all learnt what the term 'racism' actually means, rather than what we think it means. 'Racism', correctly defined as I have pointed out elsewhere, is the belief in the superiority of one race over another. It is not, for example, the disinclination we have to swing with Indians because they generally smell of curry and we don't like the smell of curry . And before anyone with post-British Empire Guilt Syndrome expresses horror at our assertion, l should perhaps point out that we have travelled in India extensively.

I believe mixed origin is the current terminology. My children are this but it does not tell you much about how they look does it?
