It's a very personal thing...but happiness for me is outdoors in the wild with people who appreciate it too. That's one aspect anyway.

Its a subjective thing .

For me happiness is being out with pooch in our hills. Knowing that quite soon we will be sitting on our hill watching the sunset together.

Good friends and happy times also make me smile.

Looking at life and the world with a positive attitude.taking time to appreciate the small things

the children going to school or bed lmao only joking thinking about summer chilling with friends a few beers and skateboarding nothing better no rules and you will always make new friends

I think you can decide to be happy or not in certain circumstances, we all know people who find happiness impossible to achieve even though they appear to have all the right ingredients, they seem to be waiting for someone or something to make it happen for them.

The unfortunate souls who are unhappy due to illness or the situation they find themselves in don't have a choice in the matter I believe.
