Try searching for a dredging thread if you're feeling peckish.

Central

I'd only consider stuff that's a prescription medication, backed by clinical trials.

Ketones are an appetite suppressant. They are produced by the body when you dump carbs and increase your fat intake. Low-carb takes away the craving trigger too.

Yes lost 35 kilos I can get you a referral to the doctor I used and you get a discount for your first week

Costs about 20 a week it's expensive for weight loss compared to other diets exceecsie and slimming clubs but you will easily save that in portion size

No special food you just don't feel hungry

Orlistat or Sibutramine are pharmaceutical appetite suppressants.

Or you could look at carb blockers such as Chitosan

Or fat burners whether thermogenic or lypophillic.

Chams or Socials

We are in the process of prosecuting a company for selling these type of products - they are full crap & didn't contain raspberry ketones as listed on website & packaging.

Water, raw veg & protein for snacks

I thought orlistat blocks the absorption of fat? It is available on the nhs to aid weight loss, not sure if its an suppressant as such however reading about it online people are that worried about the GI upset they eat less over all.

It acts in several ways but you are right. People who carried on eating a high GI diet ie sugar laden produce did suffer from gastric upset. But then it's there to assist with a sensible diet not so that you still gorge yourself on cake. It is mildly suppressant however in all fairness it must be highly mentally suppressant to assist in resisting high sugar laden food as this could pass rather quickly through the bodies digestive tract.

Raspberry Ketones are pedalled by the same people who promoted Acai berries a few years ago. No studies have been proved that theyactually work.

Agreed. Most of us are dehydrated and hold extra cellular water in reserve hence a bit bloated. Drink!!
