my mamoth task

I've decided to undertake the biggest compilation spree of my life.

For years I have collected books, dvds, and records, and there's nothing (apart from horizontal activities) better than spending the afternoon searching through old books and record shops, trying to find a gem.

But in recent years I've lost a bit of direction, and I'm finding it harder to stay focused on what I'm looking for, so I'm going to start buying records, films, and books only in the category of.

top 100 movies of all time

top 100 books of all time

top 100 albums if all time.

the lists will have changed by the time I have completed them, but I will get to the point where u just have to buy the ones that have over taken others and broken into the top 100.

anyone got any tips or suggestions?

This is probably true, but its just having them and you never know my kids might carry it on after my death, some of the books I want to add are out if print, but its a challenge, and one I look forward to

Wonderland

Everyone needs something, im the same when I start collecting something I need a purpose and a definitive end otherwise I'd go on forever accumulating, so at least you've set your goal and your parameters. Sounds like a very educated one ..... I approve.
