It seems some councils are trying to save money and get "green" by using the heat from working cremetoriums for heating nearby swimming pools .

Is this something you think is a good idea or are you against this proposition ? thinking it a little to yuck ?

in this day and age, if it keeps a pool open then why not, manchester council plan to close 3 swimming baths because it costs too much to run them.

I think its a first class idea. We need more like those types of innovative councils in power.

Really don't know what the fuss is about,do you care where your food comes from, "NOT REALLY" so who cares what form of heat is used to keep swimming baths open, get a life some people for goodness sake, I'm sure the people going through the burners at the crem really give a hoot,

it is utilising a form of energy that is traditionally wasted,in these harsh economic times and with prevelant green issues,why not?the heat from a crematorium traditionally goes up the chimnea,what a clever idea to convert that heat to heating something else.

its not like there will be burning corpses in the water lol

Why not start by burning the councils chief executive and all the councillors - lots of hot air will come from them
