Ladies i think u should all watch 300. Its abour leoniadas and his 300 soldier. But instead they all got 6 pack abs and makes guys world wide feel intimidated. Like all of them got a 6 pack.

You know the Spartan physique was achieved largely through the use of CGI right?

Yes Gerard Butler completed a spartan work out program before shooting the film but he's never looked like Leonidas in his life!

I like my men a bit more relaxed about how they look. Too much time in the gym - and often taking too many selfies - I find really off putting to be honest.

Everyone as a 6 pac. Full of testo teens do that have never entered a gym in there life. If you eat clean and control the calories you will get a 6 pac. Or use roids.I prefer bulk

Seen the film a couple of times - bits of it anyway!

The debate seems to have moved to six packs/muscles now though!

Yeah I like guys with these - not guys who have six packs purely because they're so skinny though!

However - it's not the be all and end all - as long as a guy is fit and exercises regularly enough to handle a long session - I'm happy!
