i like cooking something appropriate to any celebration day,so some welsh lamb on the menu for tomorrow!

In the US, today is Sadie Hawkins Day...for single women to propose to their fellas...still trying to find an appropriate recipe for that,resorted to having a large G&T in the absence of anything more comforting!
