Does anybody know if the age shown on a profile updates itself ?

Had a message from somebody who turns out to be 5 years older than their profile date, and the excuse was "oh, the system hasn't updated it"

This is a loada bollocks, yes ?

seems to me the updating is automatic - the only way to change your age is to edit your personal details and change your date of birth. System is calculating age automatically, and therefore should add a year to your age when you hit your birthday.

5mins past midnight and just checked and my age has changed so its an automatic thing unless you change it to suit
