Edinburgh

I've just cobbled together what I had in the freezer cause I just couldn't be bothered going to the supermarket.

Time will tell as to whether my leftover soup will make a good pasta bake!

What are your culinary delights this evening?

Sometimes U.K

Had roasted potatoes, parsnips and onion with a Jamie Oliver stuffing. Included steamed Brussels and carrots and lots of veggie gravy.

Yes it was very delicious.

I'm actually really impressed at how good my pasta bake looks... I'll be even more pleased with my chunky chef tomato and basil soup if it tastes as good as it looks.

And it totally works as a pasta sauce with the leftovers! Result!!

(Although I may have been a tad generous with the chilli flakes!)

When I left school I became a chef then retrained as a welder and have worked in many restaurants and industrial catering units so in all honesty I'd say if you have any 'food safety' issues you're better off only eating something you cook in your own kitchen...Preferably with homegrown/raised ingredients.
