I was reminded about the importance of checking all is well after watching a movie last night.

Do you fellas regularly check all is ship shape in the testical department to ensure you're firing on all cylinders and most importantly, healthy?

I'm a bit thick so correct me if I'm wrong. And I'm a woman so I don't have balls. In fact balls freak me out a little bit... but if you check them every day, then surely you won't notice small changes? Isn't it a bit like looking in the mirror every day and not really noticing any weight loss/gain?

Do you check your boobs ??? then guys have to check their balls or what ever you call them and yes you will notice a change if you dont then beware.......prevention is better than cure ???.

I check my boobs in the shower, not every shower because sometimes I'm in a rush.

I also have quite a few moles on my body and my doctor told me to check regularly but not every day because I won't notice small changes. So I was wondering if it was the same for balls...

Honestly just have a fumble about and see if anything feels out of place, obvious thing to look out for are lumps, no matter how small, any change to the size or shape of them, just anything that seems out of place for you

I think it's a personal preference

The more regular you check the quicker you will pick any changes up
