I am going out into that garden again to try climbing up a beech tree to cut it down bit by bit, much smaller job than that massive conifer, so shouldn't be to hard,

Cutting it back is the easier part getting rid of it all is hard bit good luck x

Yes I agree getting rid of it is a pain in the ass, but luckily a mate had a log burner so he was very happy to take the big stuff away, it's all the smaller branches that are a pain to get rid off.
