Have arranged to meet a well verified male at 8ish, we are in the allotted venue, a nice little pub! He's not arrived as yet, not been online for 2 hours, how long should we wait?

Thanks in advance.

Sidney xx

If he hasn't let you know he's going to be late, I'd probably be gone by now tbh. That said, if you're in a nice little pub you can just stay and enjoy yourselves for a little while anyway

It's awful playing the waiting game. I wait longer than I should. I'd say 30 mins.

I hope he turns up for you.

10 mins is quite enough to wait - 20 if it's someone that you'd really like to meet and who just might have been delayed.

But no more than that!

You never know if you've been set up and someone is just secretly watching you... So get out of there...

To be honest anything 'ish' gets my goat. I hate people being late and vagaries like that just say to me "when I can be arsed to turn up"

Luckily you are a couple so have each other's company..... If it's a nice place give it a bit longer? Has traffic been bad? Wouldn't stay past 30 mins with no contact tho.

You say he hadn't bern online but do you have other contact details? Kik? Text etc?

No excuse for not letting people know if you are not gonna make it....maybe he is married and his wife is suspicious? It happens!

Well for a start; I never arrange any thing for " ish".

It's the time, or not; if I am feeling ultra generous , then it's +/- 10 mins max .

I might say " between 8 and 8:15"; if that's the case, then at 8:15:01 I am gone if there is no show.

( that's not just " swinging" meets; that is any appointment or meeting, business or pleasure .)

Anyway, no phone number to speak/ text on; no meet.

End.

My first verified 'Fab' meet with a lady (now sadly UNLOS ) was a quick drink followed by a 'back to a room' job.

Paid for a Travelodge, waited in the pub at the allotted time, no show. Waited and waited, messaged, no response. After about 40 minutes I thought 'what a numpty I've been' and was literally about to leave when a message pinged up they were here and very apologetic.

Turned into a spectacular meet and my first veri on here! And legitimate reasons for lateness, so give the guy a chance! I hope he turns up!

As a couple at least you can enjoy a drink together in the pub. Waiting whilst you are a single pin can be a mortifying experience

Bristol.

It is so rude....like others have said it is also arrogant, suggesting they are worth waiting for.

I don't do 'ish' for all those reasons and I get stressed waiting.

Fuck 'em you are better than that Ax

do admin do anything about someone who has been reported for a 'no show', if so what can be done??

Its just a question

Just think of the fun he has lost out on!

Yes they do. I reported someone the other day and within 20 mins the profile was gone and the messages I got had gone.

I've reported him to admin, not that anything will come of that I'm sure! Shame they don't get a black mark on their account for it but then it would always be up for abuse if they did that!

Never mind, fun on our own and guaranteed to cum hard and wet later

Oh dear. Another one I've read/heard about this week.

As I've said to others, I think there are people who get off on the process of organising a meet as opposed to actually doing the meet.

I don't understand it, personally

"half hour max and thats being generous "

I'm wary of someone not being able to drive and call or text from some places if they can't park.

I'd also get them to agree to message in advance of the meet, to confirm.

No confirmation, no meet. But 30 mins is adequate generally.
