I'm not buying into the whole organic thing, I would buy.into odd shape veg being sold in supermarkets though, I think its shameful how much food we throw away just because its not aesthetically pleasing, but I say buy the best quality you can afford.

I can't justify paying the extra for so called organic / free-range food and I've been vegetarian since 1983.....

Depends. I'm not really bothered as to whether my veg is organic. On the other hand, and having raised ex-battery chickens, I do not sit well with battery animals.

On another note, Soxy, you really are on a mischevious roll, aren't you?
