I've woken up angry

I'm not sure why, but I've woken up completely enraged this morning. Nothing has set me off; I had a great evening last night and the best sleep I've had week, but I'm just so angry this morning!

Does anyone else ever get this?

This happens to me too. I then have to really think, did it actually take place. I do dream quite vividly though so maybe that's why.
