Cleared the memory before i put it in so your all safe

I put it in because of battery issues and i took out the sim card.

Lets hope their is no arguing over its value or replacement cost

I have it properly backed up and anything sensitive wiped off it.

The shock of the call has fazed me its like ive lost a arm or something.

I am quite amazed how reliant ive become on it.

Should've have gone with Geek Squad. Also check if you're covered by your bank, should be able to claim it back if you are.

More like an someone pinched it LoL but if it was in thier care then they have to replace it with one that you are happy with as in condition etc and don't forget to get a warranty from them.
