I love the way football is such a unifying sport which can divide opinions and kick start dreams... and normally I'd be interested in these elections ,

but I'm not....

Fifa and the fa have let football get into a right old state, you can't trust either if them, they don't love football they love money, and their own ego, its been happening for years, when was the last time England hosted a world cup? And don't blame it on the hooligan excuse, there are far worse countries for football violence than us that have hosted in recent years, and going back to the fa, what possible reason was there for Brian Clough nit to be England manager? Other than he wouldn't have been told what to do, football is fucked, and while I'm in the subject, messi is not the best player in the world, he's shit in the air, do how can hr be the best player in the world.

Yeah those Arabs have a really long list of non corruption!.

Personally I think you need to treat FIFA like a toxic bank, completely side line it and start a fresh company running along side it, it wasn't just two guys at FIFA who were corrupt IMO, you need a completely new team of people, only make sure this one is alot more transparent in they're dealings

"Are you in favour of that?"

As a way of allowing more football fans to feel included in the excitement yes...

But I'm not sure how much it will influence the outcome of the finals

But I like the idea more fans from all around the world will get the chance to feel a connection...

That can't be a bad thing....

Yeah but the FA cup brings magic too fans of small teams and that's the grass roots of the game...

I don't think it should always be stacked in favour of what's best for the fans and players of big teams....

I think it would be pretty exciting too see a world cup where every game was a knockout game...

I'd like one where they just do penalty shoot outs.
