They haven't spent four million quid restoring it for no one to spot it. Enjoy!

I remember seeing it as a kid on a line behind my aunts house in Darwen. Loved it then too

It will be a magnificent sight. Tell us what you think once you've seen her. Are trains a 'she'?

'Is it wrong?' Erm, yes, but each to their own. I presume it will have just recently passed by now, and I hope it has turned out as positive an experience as you were hoping for.

I won't be making a habit of train spotting! Stood for over 2 hours as it was late, So froze my nuts off, had to have a go at a cheeky fucker who pushed to the front 5 min before the train came. Everyone else said nothing and then said well done after! The machine was great but it was over in a flash.

These giants of the old world will never die. I was born in a house which the back faced the main Kings Cross Edinburgh Line and I can remember all the magnificent Locomotives then, Flying Scotsman, Merlin (Speed Record), Silver Link yes they don't have the quality nowadays do they ?

I managed to get a seat and have had my arse on the window at every station has anyone spotted me yet.

Great Train but the window makes a draft around my balls.
