Currently snacking on Cashews. Yum.

I love nuts.

What's your favourite ? Any meal ideas that incorporate nuts ? I put pine kernels in my pasta sometimes.

Love snacking on pistachios. They're probably my favourite, but I do like most nuts. Sometimes cook up an Thai chilli noodle/salad dish with a sprinkling of crushed peanuts. Hot and tasty!

Pistachios....could eat them by the lb

I used to put them into tuna pasta.... Don't know if it goes but it tastes nice
