Listening to the audio recording of nine year old girl phoning the emergency operator to report her mother had passed out while driving their car on a motorway ......

I couldn't listen to that, poor little girl.

Would also make me think how mine would be in that situation, too upsetting to even go there.....

Be sure they know how to ring 999 in an emergency and also what is an emergency.

Heard something similar a few weeks ago where a very young child called 999 after her pregnant mother had fallen down stairs and knocked herself unconscious... Was very moving

There was 1 little bit that made me giggle and go awwwww " I know cpr but not very good at it"

I must admit I cracked a smile when she said that........ it was such childlike yet very grown-up thing to say....
