How would you feel about someone seeing you naked if they had seen naked pictures of you or would you have to have some connection or a play scenario.

I've no qualms about it.

Whether at the swimming pool (changing rooms obviously) etc., at a club or on an appropriate outdoor setting

I'm fine being naked in situations where it's OK to be. Especially enjoy being naked in a spa. Fine in swimmers as well. Bit more awkward in underwear (even in intimate company) for some reason I've never bothered to fathom.

I am always pulling it to make sure I am all covered whereas when I am naked I don't have to worry because I know I am naked so there is nothing that can be out of place
