Feeling foolish

So basically I contacted one of our managers at work via Facebook, it all started with good intentions, was about a long standing joke we have.

Then it turned to flirting, on both apats but I think I've tottaly mis-read his niceness as flirting and now he's avoiding me ...

It happens to the best of us.

It could be he's thinking he's made a prat of himself and waiting to see if you approach him? Men aren't always domineering and can be insecure too.

Delete him on FB, never speak of it again, and thank whoever that you have learned early that mixing work and FB is a very bad idea

Well you could either try & have a word with him to 'clear the air' or you can avoid him like he is choosing to do.

Just play it cool and dont mail or chat until he makes the moves and if he do you know he likes you too .z

Back off and play it cool. If he's interested he will come to you, so you can cool it. If not then you're safe.

"Back off and play it cool."

Just back off and leave him to start thinking the same thing too.

Awkward! If it was me I'd just ignore him unless it was work related, he'll probably realise you feel a little silly, it'll probably be forgotten about soon enough xx

Just carry on as normal and never mention it again, it'll blow over.

This. If you act cool too - who know who mis-read signals.

Don't go near FB after a few Vinos - d*unken facebooking causes all sorts of mis understandings. I've seen a few.

Just an update, very flirty over the weekend again! I hate wanting what I can't have, and it makes me want him more.

Flirts with you then avoids you? Manipulative, game player...avoid! If the boot was on the other foot he would say you were leading him on.

It's no one's loss if they didn't really want it in the first place.
