I have a few decisions in life to make ..i don't want to rush decisions as i have several to make

I don't want to rush an be hasty..question is do I sleep on it..

How do u decide when you have decisions to make ..Some of them are important

As I've been in a low mood today I don't want to decide an regret the decisions when I'm in this mood

Some of the decisions are personal..One is work related

I always follow my heart for better or worst and that way i dont regret things you can sometimes overthink

Same here. It's head or heart for me. I don't want to regret a few decisions ..nor do I want to decide when I'm in a lowish mood

Gut instinct always serves me well. Do you have to make the decisions in a specific time frame ? If there is no rush then don't rush.

Can you use a good friend as a sounding board as well ? I always find talking out loud helps me decide as well.

Always write down the decision on a piece of paper and try to list the positives and negatives. It can help clarify your thoughts X

Way over Yonder, that's where I'm bound

There really are very few decisions that are utterly bad and can't be fixed. Even leaving something too late to make a decision is a decision.

If you're really stuck then make a pros and cons list for each decision. Do it now in your low mood and then review tomorrow or the next day when you're feeling a little better. Then make your decision.

Good luck.

As one of my friends on here can attest to, I'm bloody useless at making decisions, be it important ones, or what I want to eat at a restaurant.

Personally I'd say go with your gut and make it up at the spur of the moment as you go along. Works for me, though I'll happily admit it's not a method that works for everyone.

Take your time

Relax and breath deep

You have one stab at life make it count

Only you know the consequences of a bad decision

Never follow advice xx

Never think with your gut , realise said idea has come from your brain and why it sits there it may be good it may not be understand why

Never follow advice but understand it

Eat a very good meal

If you want to xx

Work related ones I tend to make a list of fors & against as a starting point.

Personal ones I either suss it out myself or talk to friends.

Op, you seem to have outlined your perfect strategy - not to rush.

Take the time it needs, possibly planning how you'll come to your decisions. Further analysis, weighing up pros and cons etc.

I won't rush the decision but don't want to make a decision when I'm tired or in a low mood
